Straw in this season

70 in Central Park two days ago. 91 here in Burbank today. It's January. I think I, we, better start stocking up on straws and Panamas. That, and sunblock.

I read somewhere in the news the other day that 2007 will be the warmest year in history. Right now it is 25 degrees in Milwaukee...no straw for me!

I have a better panama on order with PanamaBob, but as I stated earlier it has not arrived so I have yet to try it out. The one in the pic traveled well, I rolled it with no problem whatsoever.
