Stingy brim hats

Wow, that's a broad question! It depends on what your budget is and exactly what you are looking for.
If you want the best new hat that money can buy, you should contact Art Fawcett or Optimo hats to have a custom hat made.
The Fedora Store offers a semi-custom hat that looks pretty good, though I have yet to order one.
You'd have to pay shipping and VAT on these.
If you have a relatively small-sized head, you can find some spectacular deals on Ebay on stingies of a quality that is no longer produced for any price.
If you are cursed with a big melon as am I, and you don't want to spend too much, try The Hat Center. They have a store on Ebay UK, free shipping, and no VAT. I recently bought a hat from them, and the quality seems very good. The brim is not really stingy (2 1/4") but it is a low-profile hat. Or you might try Hats Direct in Australia; they sell Akubras in a stingy brim that are very inexpensive.
Here is another seller in the UK who is selling the Dobbs Jet (1 7/8" brim) at a discount price. I've been tempted to pick one up:

Anyhow, there are a lot of different possibilities, but you'd do best to avoid international shipping unless it's for something really special.

Are you asking about new production hats only? Or is the question broader than that?

If you wear a small size, you will have no problems in finding good deals on vintage hats - you could even buy several of them, with that budget. Besides, stingies (generally) fetch lower prices than wider-brimmed hats, so even if you look for larger sizes the quest should not be much problematic.
