They've had the Temple for years, now they have a hat that's more like the licensed version of the Indiana Jones hat that Dorfman Pacific makes.

Hmm, looks like just pull the feather and one can now get a "wool" FED IV in its inevitable, final crease.

Hard to see the examples on the bottom right of that catalog. Which of those licensed hat models were supposed to look like, or match, the promotional shot used from the film back then? They all kinda look like the Raider II there.

I owned a "Raider I" in wool, which was released after Temple of Doom. Looked exactly the same, minus the feather. It was more like a soft helmet shaped like a hat. [huh] Durable as all get-out, though. I submerged mine in my swimming pool trying to get it to soften up, but nothing happened!

That's pretty interesting, given all the talk of wool shrinkage you read here on the Lounge...
