To Art's point above, I can barely see anyone wearing much more than a 6" crown!!

A tall crown leaves room for some pretty luscious creasing. A six inch brim is more of a problem in my book.

WOW, just found this....Your booklet is awesome and especially the additional information and pricing.....I have a similar booklet....with the same art......BUT..............other than the picture of Cody mine has NO celebrity pictures and has completely different hats......Many of the hats in mine are earlier styles. Also mine is titled Stetson Staple Shapes...but the pages say styles.....
Hmmmmmmmmmm...... I would guess mine is a little earlier............perhaps a first edition of sorts?
