Good lookin Bowler there, Bob! I have a Nutria bowler on the way but doubt it’s of a similar vintage.

@alanfgag any idea on my block #730 above? Was curious to hear your thoughts on if it’s similar to Roans teens dress style hat or more of a Homburg, hard for me to determine with the flange even in hand... total newB with dress hats here!

There is a thread devoted to Stetson block profile numbers... unfortunately the photos are mostly missing. The brim binding and flange looks similar to the brown Stetson Select Quality I shared a few posts back. How you crease the hat will change the look and feel of formality. No dents and a deep center crease will push it in a homburg direction. Deep side dents and a narrow peak will move it more towards a fedora. I like the former for this hat. It's great looking.

Thank you Alan. The felt and overall quality is remarkable. I’m thrilled to have it in the stable, and I also agree on the center crease.
