I Apologize This Stetson is tagged 7-1/8. I must have bought this as a tight 7-3/8.
It does fit me I am a 7-1/4+. I have pulled this Fedora from the Auction.
Also found a $7.50 tag " The Carter Feature"
I am very glad it did not sell.

Very Whippet. Reminds me of this Marathon I just got. Too bad it's not a 7 3/8 or I'd propose a trade, I have more than a few 7 1/4s waiting for a stretch. Best of luck. That's a keeper, IMO.
