Snaps and zippers work great. The arms were tailored to my arm length but I had them leave the material(3” worth) so it could be let out if needed.

Sleeves (measured in order from middle of collar to end of cuff and top of sleeve seam to the end of cuff) - 30.5” or 22”
Front (top of storm flap to bottom)- 20”
Back- 22”
Shoulder width 17.75”
