Interesting how quickly folks give up such personal information when there may be a suit involved.lol

and no, I'll not post my specs, but would supply them through private message.... if I were looking for a vintage suit.;)

Regards! Michaelson

Here goes. . .

suit jacket measurements: Roughly 40R
trouser measurements: 34-35" waist. 29-30" inseam.
shirt size: 15-1/2-16" neck. 34"-35" sleeve.

I'm a big fan of the drape look from the late 40's to early fifties. jackets and coats with big shoulders & pinched waists; loose fitting, full cut trousers with a high hollywood waist; Gab sportshirts with the big spread collars. Gabardine, Gabardine, Gabardine.

Wow, you guys are really asking for some scary info from me...

Hat size: 6 7/8 (7 when my hair is longer)

Height: 5'11"-6'

Waist: about 28-30" in modern pants... I'd say about the same for vintage, just because my inseam would make otherwise impossible...

Inseam: 33-34"

Chest: too small to measure.... I'm really skinny, so I'm estimating I'm a 34-35 in the jacket chest.... but I'm probably about the length of a jacket sizing 36-38 regular, possibly even longer. Whats the average length for someone my height? I don't know if it even exists, but a 34-35 long may very well fit me perfectly. However, I generally go for a 36 regular, as I figure its the perfect "medium" for the sizes I'm inbetween. I probably could've stated that earlier in this description...

Shoe size: about a 9 medium.

Overall Sizing info: Darn Near Impossible :)

Freakishly sized,
Daryl
