Step two in my effort to clear out my closets: This is a velour fedora with a 2 1/2" brim. It's a nice light tan color. I got it not long ago from The Fedora Store, but it's just not what I'm looking for.
A couple of notes: It is marked "long oval" but, having tried it on, I don't feel the longness--it feels like a regular to me. Also, the brim is quite stiff, but the crown is very soft and was a bit wrinkled up out of the box. I popped it back into shape, and it looks fine. The felt is nice and feels high-quality; it has a nap to it, being a velour.
I'm asking $40.00 US plus $17.00 shipping ($11.50 shipping in Europe).

You might be able to re-bash it--the crown isn't super stiff.
It's a fur felt--it cost me a good deal more than $40.00!

I'll get my tape and measure it to-day. It fits pretty much like a modern 7 1/2, that is to say just a bit looser than a vintage.
