I have seen 6 now and all have been this soft except one. Cowboy stiff felt won't crush up like this. regards, Fedora

Nice color Steve, seems a bit small. What size can you get this one to with a decent brim? ( 2 3/4-3")

It does look small. I guess it is because I had it folded over on the top. Here is what it blocked out at. A 7 3/8, 5 3/4 open crown, with 3 inch brim. Blocked regards, Fedora

Yeah, this is just softer. I think yours had a little stiffener in it. The one pictured has not been pounced. I still have to do that. Fedora
