Now this is unusual, snow in April in this part of the country. WOW My Borso handles the weather with ease and in style.

Crazy weather...we had snow come down here in Jersey on Thursday. One big black cloud with snow pouring out of it...moved through quick tho so no accumulation but one of the strangest things I've seen...looked like a mushroom cloud.

It is actually accumulating on the ground now. Not a lot compared to other regions, but quite a bit for here. Makes me miss the snows we had when we lived in Colorado.

We in DFW have been getting a few flurries/sleet over the last day. I envy the amount of snow you are getting in that I love snow and cold weather, but in a way I'm glad we're not getting it because I've worked so hard to get our lawn back up and running,lol..

Enjoy!

Climate change

"Climate change" seems to be gaining momentum as a phrase, since a) not everyone agrees on the global warming thing, b) the weather does seem to be getting more extreme.

Sorry, forgot the point

The moral of the story, the point, of course, is to be prepared for changing weather - by wearing a hat:)

You guys want some serious weather come to Minnesota. We finished out a week of the 60's+ with our current week of highs under 30. It's not uncommon here to see a 50 degree shift in temperatures during the spring. The snows a bit light here in the cities, though.

The moral to be learned is not to wear a hat. The moral is one can never have too many hats for each and every weather condition ;)

Wow Bud thats wild. While we had no snow here I did spend all Thursday afternoon covering up my squash, tomatoes and hot peppers.

Nothing new here along the Colorado Front Range. Just a typical "Springtime in the Rockies". 23 F and the sky is spitting snow. Heck, here it's not unusual to get snow right up through the end of May. Global Warming? Bah Humbug! Bring it on! lol :D

I lived in Kiowa Co. for about 4 years and then in Bennett Co. for another 5. I miss some very good friends and the beautiful country. Colfax ran right behind my house in Bennett. The view of the Rockies was nothing short of amazing.
