I bought this several years ago for my son but due to the condition of the ribbon he never wore it. There is no size marked on the band, but the interior circumfrence is 21.5". Hat box is included. If you're interested, make an offer.

top hat

through a series of odd circumstances, I have two top hats which do not fit anyone in my home. they both require some restoration to be wearable but currently make nice display hats. both have an interior circumfrence of 21.5".
