Just to provide a bit of a counterpoint on sizing the 310...
I have 2 pairs on 310 last, which I love.
My Brannock is 11EE. My pairs of 310 are size 10.5 and fit me perfectly.
I also have several pairs of Vibergs on the 2030 last - my size in those is also 10.5 and those fit more snug (but still quite well).
My general advice is that for people with wider feet - and people who want to wear boot socks instead of dress socks or crew socks - you should try a half-size down from Brannock in 310 or 2030 lasts.
