Used and has seen some use but still looks great and should last forever. The gold print of the word "Capricorn" on the sweatband has worn off but you can see in the pictures the indented name there. The sweatband is a little bent and twisted and there are some bend marks on the sides of the crown as you can see in the photos. They aren't very noticable and are form the hat being squashed during travel.
Selling because I purchased a Stetson Latte poly-straw here on the forum in a size 7 3/4 and it fits much better than this 7 5/8. If you're a size 7 5/8 this is a great hat.
