For sale is a Simmons Bilt Tailgunner, made from Ranger horsehide dark brown, black Gabardine lining with hem protector and two inside pockets and action back. Heavy duty Riri size 8 main zipper, zip sleeves all antique brass finish.
The leather is chrome tanned, about 1.1-1.2mm thick and is nice and pliable so it won’t need any breaking in. It is however by no means a light leather, the jacket is heavy and feels tough.
Selling this after only wearing it about 10 times as I have to admit to myself that the shoulders a a little too wide and the back a little too short for me. Jacket is as good as new, not scratches or defects from wearing it.

Measurements as follows:
Back length: 25.5"
Shoulder: 19.75"
Pit to Pit: 23"
Sleeve: 25"

Asking USD 500 (or 440 Euro) - questions welcome.

Nice jacket, is the sleeve measurement around the curve of the sleeve? Or a straight shot from the shoulder to the cuff?

So it's a 40" is it ? Sorry I have no personal experience of all that "pit to pit" stuff myself !

The photos pull up a bit small on my screen for me to see the inside label
