As they should if this is a standard jacket. Maybe someone at SB got confused and they figured out this was a straight-up return. Glad things work out

It’s a helluva jacket and should sell fast on their website. I’d be inclined to purchase from sb in the future - the leather looked gorge.

Funny the way they perk up when they read negative posts about them here. They don't seem to have much in the way of quality control at SB, maybe they don't want to pay an extra wage. It's a pity because when their measurements are correct their product is spot-on, and their production time is quick, but when something goes wrong you're up the creek. It's a gamble dealing with them.

I've seen Aero respond in the same way (numerous times) when they are being criticized.
