About half way through cleaning up and conditioning the jacket.
I'm afraid this might be well beyond "Patina" for some of you.
Get some of Langlitz house-brand leather conditioner if you want to polish it up a bit, their stuff has worked better for me than Lexol and the other usual suspects in that regard..
That jacket has plenty of character, nothing I'd have a problem with except for the hole on the sleeve, but I'd just send it to Langlitz and have them patch that up. (And condition the whole jacket while they are it, they really know how to polish them up).
