My vintage ‘Cambridge’ satchel. There’s now a firm called Cambridge Satchels or something similar which scuppers any attempt to Google search to find a vintage Cambridge style Satchel - I believe the name of the style predates the company and I’m pretty sure this vintage n.o.s. Bag predates them and was made by a saddler. Great quality measuring 12”x14”.

One of the guys from the Oakland based Menswear shop- Standard and Strange, recently acquired a Simmons Bilt Veg Tanned Natural HH Leather Jacket which he is currently wearing on a 1200 mile Motorcycle ride from Boulder Colorado back to Oakland Ca and posting the results on InstaGram... the change in the jacket in two days is pretty cool. TOJ - VTG (TOJ is a failed internet leather jacket company for those who never heard of them) Kinda hard to capture the color of this. Here are a few evo pics. Some w/ natural light, some w/ flash. I lost all my old pics but this jacket was white and stiff as a board brand new. Only jacket I’ve ever owned that bruised me the first few times I wore it.

It’s calfskin in case anyone was wondering.

I don’t wear it that often. I’ve pretty much outgrown it. But I’ll try and get some good quality photos at some point.

TOJ was pretty much all MTM. The above jacket isn’t mine, but I would say it’s in the vicinity of a 40-42.
