I think I'm done for a while. I've got a bunch of new patterns and fabrics that I need to make up before I get new ones.

I bought this pattern and then realized it was from Lauren's etsy shop! haha

I'm going to make View 2, with the top out of yellow and white seersucker and the skirt part just white. I don't know whether I should go with a bottomweight fabric or linen though!

Nice! I would use linen over the bottom weight (especially for summer), however bottom weights do have a nice solid drape. Your choice of course, but I think you'd be happier with the linen.

Thanks Shirin for the advice! I was thinking the same thing, that linen would probably be better for summer. I guess I need to make a trip to Jo Ann's!

Have you seen this one, Blondie?

I haven't made it yet, but it is typical of a 40's blouse and goes up to a 55 1/2" bust.

I just got myself this:

It's way too big for me, but I'm going to use it to practice sizing a considerably large garment down. Alos, I collect Hollywoods and look how pretty it is! Hollywoods are always the best patterns, IMO. And I know what year they all came out because they are date stamped on the back!

I've had these for about a year and still have yet to do anything with them! Shame on me.

I don't know if anyone would be interested in vintage knitting patterns, but I managed to get a Vogue Knitting Book a while ago, which I think is from around 1949. Here are some of my favourites; there are a few more on my blog.
