deadpandiva - Anne Adams patterns are rapidly becoming my current favorites. I really like your pattern, deadpandiva, I really like the bodice detail and neckline/collar.

This is missing the skirt front (which shouldn't be an issue) and the tie collar on for the short sleeved blouse.

Been looking at this one for ages. Finally thought I'd just go for it! Being a McCalls it will have a date on it - I reckon either 1935 or 36. Leaning towards 1936, partly because it seems to be a different illustrator than the 1935 ones I have.

^Aw, thank you. Nothing to envy though, I usually collect the patterns but then only get around to using a small percentage or waiting for the perfect fabric or until I have more time or more money... :)

oooh, Miss Sis, that's very nice. I'm a sucker for all that asymmetrical detail. :)

Thanks, LD. As usual, I see you have been collecting interesting patterns!

I have a positive weakness for wintery long sleeved dresses, and I haven't got anything like this one. Must be living in England! ;) I love the little collar, deep curved yoke and asymmetric opening too.

I had my eye on that one for ages also. It's lovely.

Thanks DPD! You always get great patterns so I take it as a compliment that you like this one. I do try to only buy patterns which are different from ones I already have, and not to buy too many.
I am on a roll lately - a friend was accidently sent the pattern below when she bought another pattern and the seller said to just keep it. It's too small for her, so she's giving it to me. The best bit? I had been looking at buying it anyway! Hurrah!!! I hope all the pieces are in there as I already have some fabric I hope to make it in.

Darling button detail at the hem and belt. Cool sleeves, too.
