Well, in relation to our discussion of the woman not driving the Caddy, she smashed up her Bonneville. Yet another project on my plate I don't want.

Get her one of these. It's a "Caddy." :D:p

Of course I'm going to fix it, I just got her the car 3 weeks ago, or so.

No, I don't have a dealer's license, unless you would care to lend me 50 grand ;)

She doesn't want a truck, she likes sedans lol

Something newer? You clearly don't know who you're talking to :p

I've got this one James....

YOU'RE GOING TO FIX A BONNEVILLE??????:eusa_doh:
Hunting deer with a car.....

Don't you have a car dealer's license?
Get her something newer.
Nothing says love like a Z-71 Tahoe. The 2004 model is nice.
At least it will take a deer better than a Bonneville.

NO! She didn't even save the deer! She got yelled at up down and back again!

So your freezer is now stocked with venison?

Bad before pic, but the hood and fender are smashed up:

And done:

Like somebody wanting their next car in the same color as her previous car, so she can go right to it after work, at the grocery, and not get confused? (that's a direct quote btw)
Yep, I've heard of that before...
I have 2 cars the exact same shade of blue as a result of it. :D

Oh well, the car looks like nothing happened to it.
Great job Tom!!!
I thought you were applying for the dealer's license last year.
Didn't know it was $50K though, for a wholesaler's license?
Wow.

Besides needing to pinstripe the new fender, you wouldn't notice the difference.

I couldn't have done it without my dad and brother in law helping me. Jeff had a Bonneville and had to do the same to it.
Ever since she told me she wants a Caddy like mine, I've been on the lookout for a beater Brougham for her to start out with.

I did apply, and applied for a 50k bond, but no luck. Looks like it'll never happen.

White is so vanilla in car colors. For something of that shape it is saying: “I wish I was black and formal looking.” Then again, you like GREEN cars.
I like green cars too.
In fact, I painted a Toyota the same color as that Bonneville, because I got tired of walking out of a store, and seeing at least 3 of the same car sitting in the same area I parked. A month later I painted it, and the problem was solved.

No that Cadillac is not a beater. Pristine doesn't even do it justice. Wow!

That is because no one orders their cars green---not that green is a good color. lol lol The 70s called and they want their car color back. :p

My first car was a British-racing/forest green. One of my favorite colors.

This was in the 70s?

Probably different in the States but in the UK and parts of the Commonwealth BRG is a very sought after colour as it's traditional for British sporting marques since the 20s. Back home in NZ, if you are selling a MG, Jag, Healey, etc you can actually roughly add 10% to the price if it's BRG.
