That's true. I would prefer a 1958 Mercury Colony Park, myself.

But I know you love that stuff more than the 1958 Buick Caballero. :p

Here's some pictures of the Satellite, also. Before I forget, Butte.

Please forgive that it's a bit messy. We have been doing a lot of work on it.

One of the Wyeth art family boys drives around town here in an immaculate 1937 Ford Woody, which has been in the family since it was new.

Every once in a while he'll park it in front of the theatre and the sidewalk will block up from people stopping to gaze admiringly.

That is a beauty and everyone knows it. :p Now THAT is a Woodie. Anything else is a vinyl pretender. :p

Those Bermudas are cool, too!

Tom, that Colony Park looks nice but if we are fantasizing about a wagon from 1958, I'll take an Edsel Bermuda.

I don't think it's a hippie vinyl top. Hippies couldn't have afforded a new Eldorado.

NO. I wouldn't put fake vinyl wood on anything that isn't supposed to have it. That would be a pimpmobile. lol lol lol I meant having a woodie wagon that was actually wood. :p
No way on the Cad. I don't even want that hippie half top.

That big block will push it fine, either way :p

An "Estate" Eldorado?
It would be different, and what's a few hundred pounds more to an Eldorado anyway? :)

I don't care what you do to it---it is still an Edsel with that Horse Collar grille. lol lol

The 1970s had more than just the Cadillac with the Hippie Top. It invaded all marques. Hippies bought one and lusted after the other while stinking and smoking dope. :p

No wood on that. It would be interesting to replace the fake wood on the dash and door panels with real wood though. That plastic wood is ugly and obviously fake. :eusa_doh:

Thanks Tom. Looks much better than the first shots! How far do you plan on going with it? Nice orange addition too. You must have zero time with this bunch?

Well, the Satellite all depends on if anybody wants to buy it while it's currently available. If nobody's interested, we're going to go further. Interior, possibly paint, etc.

The Roadrunner we got today will be waiting until we get the Satellite done. That will be hopefully completely restored to stock, or darn close.

Also, on top of these projects, we just finished putting a modern Crown Vic rear-end in our 1952 Ford F-2.

Thanks Tom. Looks much better than the first shots! How far do you plan on going with it? Nice orange addition too. You must have zero time with this bunch?
