Boy, somebody was in full gear when s/he painted that one...I don't know what color suit or jacket I'd wear it with. The word "busy" hardly describes it. (And I'm willing to bet that it was painted in California; where else?)

There are so many colours it will go with everything!

Now do you guys think this is a mid to late 40s or a 70s tie? I'm not yet knowledgeable enough in the cravat category to determine the era of this one.

^^Alex, from what I can see, it appears to be late-'40s/early-'50s, due to the design and the cut of the rear blade. Can you show a photo of the back of both ends?
