And finally the label of the one I wore today.

Some days I seem to have a very low resistance against adding to the collection. And unfortunately the symptom seems to be worsened by running onto a large lot being available.

Nice collection RomanImperator! I'm with those two, I dig the bird ties, especially the pheasant one, the colors are fantastic! The faded Towncraft with the horses is also a real gem. You've got some winners.

Then there was this Regal fly fishing model,

And then this completely unlabeled on, that is my favorite,

Although being the fedora lounge and all this one is strongly in the running for favorite, even if it's not too much in the way of vintage,

Who doesn't need a tie of a man in a hat smoking a stogie?

All those are great Michael! I especially like the fly fishing one. I have a couple of the Amanas ties too and really like their simplicity. They go well with a plaid shirt.
That's a nice one for sure. I'm pretty happy with the whole lot today. I generally only put on a tie 2 or 3 times a week, so I don't think I'll ever get through them all. Ha ha. I think I might have a restrained plaid one from Amana.

They do seem to show up in streaks. Fortunately this batch coincided with the storewide half price sale so they were 50 cents a throw.

Today I have one of my vintage ones out for a stroll. Not from this batch.

I think this might be a second outing for the Towncraft Cravats tie. I really like it for some reason.

Found this Mickey Mouse tie at a small town thrift. Will probably give it to my daughter's long-time boyfriend as they are planning to go to Disney World in February and he should be properly dressed for dinner.

Picked up some interesting ties yesterday.

Clipper Gab Ties by Sherman. Probably 40s. 48" long. 3 3/4" wide.

Here's a weird green tie. It's ridiculously short at only 33" long. I haven't a clue on when it's from, but it seems to be constructed similarly to a 60s tie, but it has very sharp corners like a 70s-present tie. I think it's either a babies tie, or it's a baby tie that will one day grow up to be a normal sized tie. It's 3" wide.

Here are two probably 70s ties that only have tags that says what their made out of. Both are 58" long and 4" wide.
