I honestly did not expect to win this Emma Domb party dress. Hmm, another burgundy dress, do I sense a theme here?? I really didn't realize that I was buying all these dresses in the same color. But, color is where their similarities end. I'm psyched about this dress, now if only I had a fun party to wear it to!!

These just arrived in the mail and they're my size so no major pattern adjustment for a change! I'll make the one in the middle first--I'm excited about that one.

Maybe we can share patterns! I have mostly 20s and early 30s. i will try to take some pics - i am handicapped right now with camera software issues, and no scanner. But I will post some at some point and you can let me know if you'd like to borrow.

I just got this thingy to knit with... Fortunetly the Manual is included so I can knit cardis and pullovers with it. At least I readed in numerous forums that it´s super-easy I guess it´s from the 50s or 60s... And it seems unbreakable from what I hear...

I also got me those 16 mags with knitting patterns for it. I start to look forward to fall and winter!

I guess that means I´ll go wool-shopping with my boyfriend tommorow

This post made me chuckle because it's getting so that when I'm looking through ebay I say to myself "bet Daisy'll buy that one"--and lately I've been right! You'll look like a dream in it--I love beaded dresses.

Ooooh Daisy I was about to list this one on my "Ones that got Away"lol lol I'm so glad that it went to one of Powder Rooms girls. It was a little too big for me anyway but soooooooo pretty and just the most gorgeous colour!!!!!

Just bought this yesterday and it is super cute, cheap and actually cozy! To me it looks like something Lucy would wear to go camping.

After seeing that jacket I had to go check my store and I got it too. I also got this one in blue:

I am amazed at the nice weight fabric on this one and the nice chunky buttons. A great buy for $19.99 and better quality then I have seen on Walmart clothes in the past.
