How did you dress as a kid (or how did your parents dress you). I picked this outfit...

Then and now.
I'm far right!

On the left is me at my birthday party in 1969 and on the right I am showing just how excited I am to be holding the slimy fish that I had just caught. It's about 1972 and the bright orange sweater goes very well with my black browline fade eyeglasses (I don't miss the fish or the sweater, but I do miss the eyeglasses although not as much as I miss having that much hair!)

You're right maggiethespy, you were a cute kid. You still look cute, but it looks like you broke up with Ernie! It was that Bert wasn't it...?! (haha, I kid. We all know what sort of neighborhood those two lived in...)
Cheers!

What do you mean, "was"? Like Sefton said, you still are...;)

Sorry, but don't watch for many pics of me--I started as T-shirts and jeans, evolved to polos and jeans, next step was a "prep-biker" look with polos, leather jackets, jeans and work-boots (all in black), then to suits and finally the MacArthurian look y'all have probably had your fill of here.

17 I think, with a disaster of a haircut but a gorgeous boyfriend! ( I wanted Meg Ryan cute, the hairdresser must have thought I was a boy - it got so short I had to dye it dark brown so people could see I had hair. My blonde hair wasn't good for such a such cut)

Here are a couple "then and now" pictures of me. We always "dressed" for church and special occasions. We even put on a coat and tie when going to Asheville (big city). While I don't have any scanned photos of my "every day clothing when a youngster, it was most often overalls or jeans - typical "working" clothes. Any way, I hope these photos are interesting ant to the point of this thread.

This is one of the earliest photo's of me (sorry for the poor quality). It was taken in November, 1955. That's my grandmother, my aunt (holding little me) and my dad.

And a couple years later around 1958. That's my dad and my sister in the photo with me. Nice TV in the background, isn't it?

This is Easter, 1960. That's me with my aunt Hazel and my mother holding my sister.
