Thanks so much!!

... I can't wait to try the style again with a proper set! As for the other do, it is so beyond frizzy I have to cut it, but that night I used Beyond the Zone Straight Shot to help with the frizz. Maybe that is what it is? I can't imagine it being shiny in real life -- it is so damaged. :(

Wow, you girls have amazing hair do's!

Carmen, your hair is fantastic, I love how smooth you were able to make it. Also your makeup is divine!

Lolita, looking through the thread, I have major hair envy. Your hair is just perfect and I love the styles that you come up with. If only I had hair like yours! :)

StrawberryJenn... Thanks so much! I haven't done my hair in a while. It's fun experimenting with styles again.

... I can't wait to try it again. I think my hair is to the top of my boobs right now. I have to cut off most of it though. It's fried. :(

My wife is a vintage hair stylist, she does it for a hobby. I say hobby because it could take our lives over.
She deliberately doesn't have a website, despite that, she gets so many bookings for weddings, just by word of mouth.
Anyone in The UK who might have been to The HepCats retro weekenders will have seen her as one of the resident
hairdressers. Here she is at our God Daughter's wedding. I don't think she minds you knowing that she's 62.

Oh dear, I've mentioned HepCats before. Has anyone heard of the DJ: Terry Elliot? He told me that repeating myself comes from not remembering something previously. a craft moment he called it. Can't Remember A F****** Thing.

She looks fabulous! And I love her hair. I hope I´ll look that great in bright hair when I´m her age :)
Edit: Also have to mention that her eyes are amazing!

And you have captured it perfectly. Not just your hair, but the perfect lipstick and refined make up. Compliments to you.

Antje: what is your lipstick? :)

Normaly I always wear russian red by MAC, but this one is from a huge cheapo makeup box, bought in a store where they sell no brands, so I don't know I'm sorry, it is actually a pretty lousy lipstick because it was of in a minute, I held long enough for the picture and then it was gone

I did elevated pincurls in altering row, so my first row of pincurls was done backwards, then the second row forwards and then the third row backwards again, I made the pincurls with my sculpture pincurler so they where all the same size and pretty tight curled, I brushed it out backwards and then pushed the hair slightly forward, so you could see already the wave starting to take place,
I always secure the wave then with pincurl clips just to make sure the wave stayes in, and spray tons of hairspray on it, when that is dry and I have the rest of my style done I take out the pincurls clips, on my hair I can have 3 days with those waves!

Antje, love the hair! Also really love your eyebrows! Do you fill them in at all, and if so, would you mind sharing what you use? My favourite brow powder got discontinued and I am still searching for a replacement.

Yes I do, I draw them on with an eyebrowpencil by Hema, I start with brushing the brows down, then draw my upperline, then brush them up and then draw the next line, then i fill them in!
