The day after my haircut. I put up the curls on pincurls over the night and brushed them out a bit more. I liked it that way too!

It looks even prettier that way, now you need a vintage hair comb for the right side :).

Isis> Retroella is amazing, you look great! :)

She made this updo on me for an event the other night. Slept in it and got nice curls for the next day even :)

Sunday shopping updo

I had far from a perfect set this morning when I woke up, so instead of washing my hair and straightening it, I decided to put the blah front parts up, since the back turned out fairly awesome.

So first I put the top part into two flat reverse rolls on the side (a la Lisa Freemont Street), leaving out my bangs and shaping them.

Then, I pulled the sides back and secured them with some barretts I got at Shoppers that have a brassy look to them with a faux pearl detailing.

Then the back was just left as is!

I was relived that I salvaged this set, because I wore my hair straight the say before and it just felt so weird!

Thank you so much dolls! :) You are the sweetest for sure!!!
When I was younger I hated short hair and refused to wear my hair in a ponytail since I thought I didn't suit me. Just recently my hair is getting shorter and shorter with up dos or cuts. Make all the diffidence, gives more volume (since I'm a real flathead haha it's MUCH needed)and makes my neck longer!

The lipstick is Flamenco from Clinique btw, it's really more bright red IRL.

This is my favorite pic of you so far. Something about the angle and hair screams Liz even more than usual! Breathtaking!

Gorgeous Tifa and a great photo! I've been lusting after that Pin Up Couture dress myself...too bad their shipping rates are terrible!

What do you do if you're stressed out, still slightly feeling the flu after-effects, can't sleep and it's 3 a.m.?
You take a pair of scissors and cut your hair! From shoulder-length to chin-length :D

and the back

Do excuse my weird face :)

P.S.
Cookies to anyone who'll recognise the actress in the background! It's a famous photo ;)

Great job - looks really good on you!

As for your question - by any chance is it Gene Tierney?

Thank you! I tend to do things like that - just jumping into it))) Like stripping dark (dyed) hair of colour, then dyeing it red with henna lol Although this time it wasn't such a risk - my mother has the foresight to buy professional scissors many-many years ago, and they're half the work.

Well, I've only taken scissors to my bangs and dyed my own hair a few times, so I still think you're brave ;)
It really turned out lovely :)
