This is a .30-30 break open action single shot. However I can swap barrels and put on any rifle caliber or shotgun gauge that NEF produces. I mainly use the .30-30, but when conditions change I will switch to .22 Hornet or 20ga shotgun. It's really nice having such a "user friendly" firearm.

Nice and versatile. You can hunt everything from snakes to elephants with that. :)

Here are mine:

The top one is a Ruger New Vaquero in .357 and the bottom is a Springfield GI 1911-A1.

I'm not thrilled with the bluing on the 1911 as it seems to scratch easily.
I also have a Remington 870 Express shotgun and a Marlin 336W .30/30, no pics for those yet. I have to say the Marlin is my favorite as I can shoot it the best of all.

Samaritan and Little John.

I just had to name the new flare gun, Samaritan, because of its size. (A reference to a favorite movie of mine, Hellboy.) This solid brass giant is a WWII VK-M12 signal pistol with 37mm barrel. It was made in New York by the Van Karner Chemical Arms corp. It weighs almost as much as my cat! (And he's a big cat!) I love that trigger!

You've seen Little John before. I included him for reference. Fits in the hand like a .38.

I also put a deposit on this Columbia. This is the pistol I'm buying.

Not your standard issue gun collection, but after buying my first one I've got the bug. lol

It could be American cherry, but because of the grain, I'm going to guess that it's rosewood. It could also be mahogany. I'd have to see it up close to know for sure.

VERY nice collection J.S.Udontknowme.... :eusa_clap I particularly like the Hi Power and Beretta .25. ;) The Hi Power was JMB's masterpiece creation. I have a Charles Daly HP. (U.S. worked FEG) I love that pistol...:)

Undertow--That’s a nice collection. You have something for every purpose.

Thank you! I've tried to purchase within Utilitarian parameters. If I purchase anymore guns (unlikely for the near future) I will likely buy something for fun...but nothing over the top.

And it's funny you should mention I have something for every purpose because when I went to buy each gun, I first determined what multiple uses the gun had before I bought it.

So help me, if the country is ever invaded...

Or if there is an outbreak of brain-eating zombies...
