Isn't there something just wonderful about having a cocktail shaker (and all those little accessories that one ends up collecting) that stands as a sentinal from another era over your drinks cabinet. They are such pieces of art (just look at the few pics in this thread alone) and it would be so easy to get the *bug* of wanting more-more-more!!

I have several cocktail shakers (yes, collecting them is addictive!) This one is my current favorite and the one that I use most because it's small (that's a standard martini glass next to it) - just the right size for cocktails for two. It's cut lead crystal with a sterling top.

Not too bad eh? I can't find anything like that here locally at the antique fairs etc. They wanted $25 for the shaker alone! :eusa_doh:
