I had my first Jacket made in Italy in 1987. I was 17, and smack in the middle of my Goth phase.
These items have been on the jacket ever since:
Made by my Grandpa 1970ish from an elk tooth

The ones I had were just plain old dice I drilled a hole through. Put 'em on one of those cheap little beaded keychains. In hindsight, I should've smashed the little clasp together with pliers or something. Maybe they'd still be on my jacket.
