Seamstress Service

Can anyone recommend a seamstress service. I have looked in the UK and can't find anyone who specialises in vintage styled dressmaking, so now looking international instead!

I am being made my whirling turban dress at the moment and have all my current measurements to hand, which I gave to them as it is custom made. I just need to find someone with outfit ideas to suit me and the time to spare! I am interested in 1940s period clothing.

1 Euro is about: 1,2527 $ right now so for example a dress by Janett costs between 56.25 $ and 93.65 $. Trowsers between 56.25 $ and 106.25 $. Skirts between 37.50 $ and 61.25 $. Suits and Essembles (Containing Jackets and Skirt) between 81.25 $ and 270 $. Tops between 31.25 $ to 68.65 $.

She´ll send you pictures of her fabrics so you can choose the ones you like best. She doesn´t have all fabrics used in the pictures in stock, but just tell her what you are looking for and she´ll get it for you.

Now I wait for more stuff. A dress, a trowser and one of her jumpsuits in blue garbadine *sigh* But as I said it takes time till she´s done. Therefore you get exactly what you want in the fabric you want and with your meassures ;-)
