Schott 689H fit check

Hello fedora lounge community. I’d like to get a fit check on this jacket. I got it last year before the prices went up. I believe the fit of the jacket on me is fine, but I would really want some objective opinions. Maybe the sleeves are a touch too long, however, I believe that’s how motorcycle jackets are supposed to be?

Nah, not really. Sleeves might shorten by 0.2" at most but theories about sleeves shortening due to creases is just a silly superstition. First of all, this specific type of leather that actually keeps creases is extremely rare and Schott's Italian horsehide certainly ain't it. Out of hundreds leather jackets that I've had, literally only four had full on, permanent creases whilst not on body.

Looks great! Sleeves are well within my own “range of acceptability”. I’d say ya done damn good! I’ve always liked that jacket. Classic with a touch of ‘tude.

Sleeves are fine, I would always prefer them just a bit longer than a bit too "short".

The jacket is the right size, and if you zip the cuffs, the sleeves won't look too long.

Looks good. Take that happy knowledge and close your TFL account now before you sell this jacket and thrown $10k at evermore expensive niche custom jackets seeking that elusive grail fit.

Looks really good! Sleeves are on the long end but would be ok for me.

I don´t think the sleeves will really "shorten", but the whole jacket will slowly adapt to your routine of wearing it with creases in all the right places.

Sleeves only look long because they are unzipped. Pull them to the wrist and zip them up. The extra length will initiate some nice creases.

Good looking Schott, as others have said I would zip the sleeves. In my case I wear a large frame watch and a leather bracelet and those seem to keep longer sleeves in check as well.
