Rowland S Howard's 70s shirt in Autoluminescent

Hello. If anyone could help me find a similar shirt to this one here:

Rowland S Howard wore it probably in the 80s for an interview and it is footage used in the movie Autoluminescent. I have searched for vintage and vintage disco button up shirts but I cannot find anything close to this. It is kind of a gold bars shirt.
