Rough-In Leather Jackets

Hey guys, so I've been lurking hear on the forums for the last few months and figured I'd start posting on occasion to ask questions to some of my unanswered questions.

I recently picked up a jacket that I haven't been able to find much information on. The label is green with two deer locking horns, and says "Rough-In" Middletown, PA on it.

I figured it couldn't hurt to post on here and see if anyone has some good information, or could point me in the right direction for some sources.

Rough In is a brand by Rough Wear Clothing Middleton PA. Well know for their military A-2.

The shoulders will definitely require some repair, but it was just too beautiful to pass up.

Just like my black one. Worth restoring. What size is it? Can you do a close up of the zipper with the pull and stop. Mine is an old replacement, not sure what an original may be.

That is quite a find. I don't recall the last time I saw a Rough Wear civilian jacket. It is a thick, stiff Horsehide.

This jacket has always drawn attention. It is a size 44/46. Very sold condition. Has a lose seam and needs the right adjustment re attached.

First of all, welcome to the Lounge.

Secondly, please give your jacket a dose or two of Pecard before you start any repair work. Once leather starts cracking (from being dried out) there is no going back. It needs to be rehydrated now or it may be too late. Sort of like Kelly Ann Conway; she passed the point of no return and the rehydration process with her was a failure. Don't let that happen to your jacket.

Sorry for the late responses...thanks @Peacoat I'll definitely get a couple of coats of Pecard's on it to help rehydrate it. And @tmitchell59 my guess is that it's a 38 or so. It's pretty small, and the zippers do work on it. Here are a couple of pictures of the front zipper pull.

Very late entry. Very cool jacket.
Question for the experts: about the last two shoulder damage pictures. Is this type damage repairable? If so how? I have and old HH that looks similar and have been pondering a repair. Any advice would be very appreciated.
