I've got this one, but since these auction pics were taken I've put it through two naphtha baths and it needs the brim reflanged.

I'm not sure how to date this one as most of what I can dig up is 1904 to 1925. This one seems newer.

I did run across a couple of straw hats out there.

The above straw and mine with the "Middleton" logo seem newer than 1925. I could be wrong -- it happens a lot.
