Roswelle hats

No they aren't from New Mexico (or mars...). They are from my neck of the woods. I've seen 2 so far. Didn't buy either. Thats right, I don't buy every hat I see....

Got these pictures of 1 and did buy this cool postcard (1904). Wondering if anyone has one?

Yes, its ink stamped. Size 7, sorry. I may still pick it up one day.

Roswelle hat brush/scraper

Here is a Roswelle hat brush with scraper that I picked up recently. At least its my assumption that the curved end would be for scraping off residue from the felt.

That's a sweet find, Bill! The metal stamping is fantastic, and like Robert said....makes for a great winter scraper.

I don't suppose you ever went back to purchase that early Roswell fedora did you??

Brown Derby

Roswelle brown derby. Really nice hat. Great sweat leather and interesting fancy sweat bow. Taped rear seam and rolled edge. Josh will like the ribbon's bow work. Fabric embroidered size tag ala Mallory. And grommeted side vents.

Like the bow work.........I LOVE THE BOW WORK!! That Roswelle is absolutely fantastic!! Great find, Bill!!! The hat has a wonderful crown shape and I love how flat the brim roll is.
