Reversible Jackets

I bought this jacket over a year ago and never tried it on. I thought it would not fit. Just too cool to pass. I was most surprised when it fit! Turning the sides again was too much on the recent day I took this pictures. It is an effort and the jacket is probably 75 years old. I will get it reversed. I had it the leather side on display. I know Aero has done a reversible don't know if they do one today.

No label in this one.

A good case for Seller's remorse. Like you said, should have kept this one. I don't seek them out, too few to find I guess.

My reversible Aero, wished I had ordered it a size larger. It came with NOS chocolate bar talons too.

My 90s calfskin/nylon reversible car coat, from the 90s, and when I was 40 lbs heavier

Reversible makes a lot of sense. Jacket is already lined, might as well make it look good and flip it into two jackets.

!928! that is way back! I haven't looked in the Sears catalog for a reversible.

Bought this reversible from a facebook group. It was well pictured and I bought it very reasonable. I was hoping the wool sides would be useable as the leather side appeared trashed/unsalvable.

I took some pics of the leather side then stripped it off. It was totally rotten and could not be used. The results are as seen. I am very pleased the the resulting wool jacket.

I have yet to determine a year of manufacture. I will have to use the snaps sine not zipper. The color and pattern look 30s.
