I'll second the Mens File recommendation. It's a little bit style-over-substance but the style is pretty great!
My magazine, ERA, will be out soon (I know I've been saying that for ages...) and it'll be 100 pages of all things vintage (not rockabilly). We try to cover all eras of the 20th century and occasionally further back too. The design has a 50s bent as it's me who's designing it but I try to keep in period for the articles' content when possible. Lots of articles on museum pieces, places, books, buildings, exhibitions, events, fashion, style, travel, photography... everything really! If anybody would like a copy of the taster issue we did last year drop me a PM with your address and I'll chuck one in the post.

+1 for men's file. An excellent publication, very nice retro biker/leather stuff and tasteful pinup/striptease photography. And excellent eclectic articles

Again, not quite for anyone after a specific period but some very good articles and photography.

Great thread! I'm greatly enjoying being subscribed to America in WWll. I'm very interested in the Reminisce magazine and I also signed up for the free 1st issue of Good Old Days. Keep those suggestions coming guys!

Not a vintage lifestyle mag, but I am featured in this months edition of Anorak childrens magazine,

It is an article aimed at children, telling them all about food in the 1940s.

At £15 you may think it a little pricey but boy is this a thick book, no way can you call this a magazine.
