I was going to wear it while working on my vintage BMW motorcycle resto this winter as it will be cold in the shop where will be working on it and I thought a little friendly shop grime would give it a nice patina! Ha,

I think you may be right if you like that look.
It was also very stiff and felt uncomfortable wearing or even buttoning it for that matter.
In the sunlight it was very reddish looking too. I think I like the brown with out the red but I can see why some would like it as is, I mean I bought didn’t I!

Hi, Bond. What did you use to get rid of the shellac? I have something similar on the AVI Bronco I got last year and would like to get rid of it.

I used Deglazer by Feibing or similar. Very toxic smelling stuff but works great. Definitely recommend using outdoors.
