Soft loden-like fabric.
Labelled 'XL' so I assume they aren't vintage but repro.
Perhaps a world war two uniform reproduction?

look like they've taken inspiration from several different European work and military trousers, and modernised them with a lower rise.

It doesn't seem like a fashion item to me though, no labels other than the 'XL', seems a bit stark and military.
Dunno. A strange one.

Found this a couple days ago for $20, denim vest with 3 donut buttons, I thought it went well with what I was wearing so I bought it

I like the vest. I don't do the jeans on jeans look but the stripes make it work. Is "The Work Wear Manufacturers" the brand?
