Repro, retro, and vintage baptism dresses

My mother made this dress for our daughter. The style of baptism dresses does not change much; it is similar to such things made 60 years ago and longer. I thought some of you might enjoy seeing it. (In the picture, I am the visibly atheistic person.)

I mean I'm the only guy in the picture with the uncomfortable look. The other people are all smiling.
I am very happy that you are 13 1/2 weeks pregnant. That is marvelous. Your first child?
I was trepidatious at first but Nika is WAY more fun that trouble. Plus, at 8 months she sleeps a lot and gives me time to study. Now that we have her, the idea of not having a child sounds horrible and empty.
