Report bad post ????

Can anybody explain what this "report bad post" is?:eusa_doh:

If you find a post offensive or explicit (or hates that the poster doesn´t know his grammar ) you can report bad post to the bartenders/admin.

Does it come on automatically if you write certain words like ....#¤&%¤
Or is it so, that certain memmbers have "a bad profile" ??? And are being watched???

I don't think it shows for any of your own posts, in other words, I don't think you can report yourself for bad behaviour
