Replacing a classic leather, raw brim, outback, fedora

Hi, my favorite hat ever, 3decades w/me, is now a memory,
and I can’t find a similar one.
A bull-hide, raw, un-bound brim, fedora/outback.
No band.
I think I bought it in Steamboat Springs in the 90’s.
I’d like to purchase a replacement.
Any ideas?
