Recommendation on a good cost effective compass for an emergency kit?

As the title says. Looking for a new or used compass that would be dependable in a go bag. Lightweight. No fuss.

I believe this manufacturer supplies the US Military. I have a similar one and it works well for all types of land navigation, including orienteering.
