And if it's not talking, it's TEXTING! I mean, what's the point of that? Typing to people you know when you can just talk to them? I think it's annoying personally also; it's really setting in that wedge of making communication more impersonal. Oh, I'll just text them, don't need to talk to them... I mean, where do people come with that stuff? I do see if one doesn’t answer the phone, texting can be good but, all the time? Come now!

usually wireless phone companies offer a certain amount of minutes with a plan and then for just a little more $$ they offer unlimited texting...so sometimes texting can help out when saving on minutes...i used to text something like 10,000 texts a month in high school and now it's an extremely small percentage of that because i would rather TALK to people...but it has its place...except some people become addicted and it becomes ridiculous...imo...
