I have a beautiful Real McCoys JH-1 for sale. It's tagged a size 46, but I had it modified by Denim Doctors to try to make it fit me. But, I lost even more weight and it's just too big. It's barely used and they did a phenomenal job on it - they are the masters of this kind of work, and have a vast collection to reference. You wouldn't really tell it's been altered.
