Razzle Dazzle camouflage on war ships

I have just recently discovered this piece of history of U.S. war ships painted with modern art design schemes to confuse enemy submarines. Although mainly WWI, it did have some limited use during WWII. If I had a large yaught I'd certainly give it one of these paint designs...

Knowing this now I realize I have quite a few vintage neckties with similar designs (40s). I'll start referring to them as 'razzle dazzle.'
