Work colleague of mine's father hung on to his flying gloves post-war. His Irvin in buried somewhere in Germany after being shot down and parachuting to 'safety'. Latterly, he used the gloves for gardening(!) They're amazing things, fantastically warm, but also wired for heating.
Well, you know I was wondering if doing that would stretch them...or ruin them. Any thoughts?
