Mid 19th century,old home circa 1851,eclectic pieces of furniture,some made by my father,shaker influenced,a few Stickley pieces,some Eastlake pieces.Well eclectic is the best I can come up with.PS owning a 158 year home is a chore there is always something to fix...

Mine is basically what a house originally furnished in 1935 would have looked like by 1955, complete with wear, tear, and repair. And I didn't even know who half the people mentioned in the quiz even were.

I think Marla is right, they're labeling anything vintage (pre-80s) as the "Roaring '20s." I didn't get the housewife question. Where was June Cleaver?! And I don't look to landmarks for decorating ideas . . .? Silly, but we do love quizzes, don't we!

Second quiz landed me square in the 30's:
"The '30's: Leapin' Lizards! You are straight from the Great Depression. Do you save a lot of your money? Believe strongly in government welfare? Anyways, if you have seen Cinderella Man, Annie, Paper Moon, etc. . . . you probably have a good idea of what the thirties were like. By the way, you had some pretty cool radio shows back then. You may also be a fan of Superman, because that comic book started up in the 30's. You're real swell, so keep savin' and you might make it through the winter without heat."
